Returns and refunds

RAVN is sold by North Forge Brands LLC. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Cans must be unopened and unused, in the condition you received them.
• Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cans can't be returned.

How to start a return

Email hello@ravnskin.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without a return request may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
